Shipping policy

Orders need to be processed before they can be shipped. The time you wait to receive your package is made up of the processing time and the shipping time.

An order status of “Processing” means that your order has been checked and is in the process of being prepared. Processing time is required because we need to confirm your contact details and delivery address, sort the item(s), carry out a rigorous quality check, and pack the item(s). When your order is properly packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping company.

An order status of “Shipping” means that your item(s) have started to be dispatched and you can track your order once the tracking number has been updated by the courier. As the entire shipping process involves international shipping, the package may be in transit or going through customs. During this time, the tracking number will not be updated until the courier picks up the package. You can wait 7 days for the tracking number to be updated for Expedited Express and 10 days for Ocean Shipping. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance with the shipping status of your order.

  • Processing time is calculated from the time you pay and the order is verified (a verification email will be sent after payment).
  • Since it is a special offer, please check the size and color when placing the order.
  • During holidays, the processing time may be longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

Shipping Time:

Lkans offers free shipping for all orders. Your shipping time will be affected by the shipping method selected. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times:

All orders are delivered to customers on time without any additional costs. Delivery service uses door-to-door service and is delivered to your designated location.

Please note:

  • We are pleased to announce that all customs duties on your orders will now be covered by us, so you can shop with confidence knowing that there will be no unexpected customs duties when you buy from Lkans.
  • Within 1-2 business days after your order has been successfully dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
  • We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. For U.S. territories, please leave a note when placing your order. For example, if your address is in Guam or Puerto Rico, you should write Guam or Puerto Rico in the country section.

How do I estimate delivery time?

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

The Estimated Delivery Date is when we expect to ship your order based on your country/region and the shipping method you have selected. Processing time is counted along with shipping time.

The Estimated Delivery Date may be affected by our stock availability, processing capacity, and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance if there are any factors that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the following situations:

  • Contact information or delivery address is changed/corrected after the order is placed.
  • The product(s) in your order are re-specified, such as changing to a different color, size, etc., after the order has been placed.
  • The first delivery attempt is within the estimated delivery date. If the courier has made a first attempt to deliver within the Estimated Delivery Date but you missed it/arranged a collection/the address was invalid, we are not liable for the time when you could have actually received the package.
  • Your delivery address is in a remote area.
